Policies

By creating an account and using Antex, you agree to these terms. Antex provides API access to Claude models as a reseller. We are not affiliated with Anthropic.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Antex. You are responsible for all activity under your account and API keys.

Antex is for legitimate software development, research, and productivity use. You may not use Antex for:

• Illegal activity of any kind
• Hacking, penetration testing without authorization, or security attacks
• Generating malware, exploits, or malicious code
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content involving minors
• Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse of individuals
• Spam, phishing, or social engineering campaigns
• Automated scraping or data harvesting at scale
• Any activity that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction

Violation results in immediate account termination without refund.

The following actions will result in a permanent ban without warning or refund:

• Attempting to bypass rate limits or quota enforcement
• Manipulating credit accounting or usage records
• Sharing API keys across multiple users or organizations
• Attempting to access other customers' data or accounts
• Probing or scanning our infrastructure
• Attempting to inject prompts to manipulate our system
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them

We monitor for anomalous usage patterns and act without prior notice. If you believe you were banned in error, contact support@antex.dev.

All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a billing period has started.

Exceptions considered at our sole discretion:

• If Antex is unable to provide service for an extended period due to our fault, a prorated credit or refund may be offered after review
• If an alternative plan or credit is offered and declined, a partial refund may be considered

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

• Accounts banned for abuse, ToS violations, or manipulation
• Unused capacity at the end of a billing period
• Dissatisfaction with model quality or output
• Accidental purchases or unused subscriptions

Each API key is automatically bound to your source IP address on first use. This protects you if your key is ever leaked or stolen.

Each plan allows a fixed number of IP addresses per key. Additional IP slots cost Rs 1,000 per month each. To add a slot or rotate a bound IP, contact support@antex.dev.

Attempting to circumvent IP binding (e.g. via proxies to claim multiple trials) is considered abuse and will result in a ban.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:

• Email address for authentication
• Source IP address for IP binding and abuse prevention
• Usage metadata (model, token counts, latency) for billing and quota enforcement

We do not collect, store, or log the content of your prompts or responses. All request processing happens in RAM. Nothing is written to disk.

We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law. We do not use your data to train any model.

To request deletion of your account and data, email support@antex.dev from your registered address. We will process within 7 days.

Antex is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime or availability. Planned maintenance will be announced where possible.

We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, rate limiting, or changes to upstream model availability.

We may update these policies at any time. Continued use of Antex after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered accounts.
