Common questions
How is usage measured?
We use an internal capacity unit to measure usage. You never see raw numbers. Your dashboard shows percentage bars for your 5h and 7d windows, with qualitative labels like Plenty available, Active use, Running low, and At limit.
How do the rolling windows work?
The 5h window tracks your usage over the last 5 hours. The 7d window tracks the last 7 days. Both roll continuously. There are no midnight resets or calendar boundaries. Your dashboard shows exactly when each window will free up capacity.
What happens when I hit a limit?
You get a 429 response with a message telling you which window is exhausted and when it will clear. Claude Code will show this as a rate limit error. Your dashboard shows the exact reset time.
Can I use the 1M context window?
Yes. All plans support up to 1M tokens per request. Be aware that very large contexts consume significantly more capacity per request than short ones.
What is IP binding?
Your API key is automatically bound to your source IP address on first use. Requests from a different IP are blocked. This protects you if your key is ever leaked. Each plan allows a fixed number of IPs. Extra slots cost Rs 1,000 per month each.
